Exploring Drama with Senior Citizens

Challenge

In June 2015, 2engage Directors Ed Morris and Philip Goss were invited to present at the Drama Connecting People conference in Helsinki. Representing the University of Chester, they delivered an interactive session focused on using drama to engage senior citizens, with a particular emphasis on auditory experiences.

The conference, held at Arbis, the Swedish Adult Education Centre of Helsinki, addressed issues such as the use of drama in elderly care and activities for senior citizens. The event featured a diverse range of Finnish and international lectures, workshops, and presentations.
