On retiring from Cheshire Police in 2017, Liz founded ‘LS Consultancy’ to continue using and sharing her knowledge and expertise for good causes. Nowadays, she provides vital information and training to organisations that work with young people. Liz is an expert at helping build self-awareness and supports young people to make informed choices, ensuring they do not become offenders, or victims of crime. Before retiring, she played a key role in developing the Safer Schools & Young People Partnership with Cheshire Police and is also a Senior Manager and Family Protection Advisor for ‘Get Safe Online’ and a trustee for the Drugwatch Trust.
