One retiring from Cheshire Police in 2017, Liz started LS Consultancy so that she could continue using her knowledge and expertise to provide vital information and also facilitate training which involves a multi-agency approach to supporting young people in developing self-awareness and self-insight to help support them to make informed, sound decisions to avoid becoming offenders or victims of crime. Prior to retiring Liz played a key role in developing and implementing the Safer Schools & Young People Partnership model within the force. Liz is also the Senior Manager and Family Protection Advisor for ‘Get Safe Online’ which is a not-for-profit organisation. Liz is also a trustee for the Drugwatch Trust And a critical friend for 2Engage
